The 1898 Hope Brothers Building in Knoxville, Tenn., has been transformed into Hotel Cleo, which opens in December. The 16-room boutique hotel was developed by HD Patel of Ephant Group, who “wanted to honor its history through our very meticulous and sensitive renovation of the space.”
