Kyrgyzstan has added its first executive jet, a Gulfstream G450, to the government aircraft fleet, according to ch-aviation research. The 12.9-year-old jet, registered as T7-ELIF (msn 4287), marks a significant upgrade in the country’s official aviation capabilities.

The aircraft became active on March 12, 2025, flying from Hong Kong International to Ankara Esenboga. On March 22, it continued to Istanbul Atatürk, where it was spotted in a livery featuring the Kyrgyz national flag and “Kyrgyz Republic” titles. The jet later arrived in Bishkek, its likely new home base.

The recent flights were operated by Mangrove Jet Solutions, though the company’s identity and location remain unverified. It is unclear whether Mangrove Jet Solutions will continue managing the aircraft or if operations will shift to a local entity.

Previously registered as B-8278, this G450 was the last of its type operated by Deer Jet Shanghai, a Chinese business jet operator affiliated with Hainan Airlines. Its sister company, Deer Jet Beijing, still operates five Gulfstream G450s and other Gulfstream aircraft types.

With the G450’s arrival, Kyrgyzstan’s government fleet now includes three aircraft: the newly acquired G450, a 22.5-year-old Airbus A320-200 obtained in 2024 by the Office of the President, and a King Air B360. Both the A320 and King Air are operated by Air KG, an airline owned by the President’s Office.

The G450 offers long-range capability and improved comfort for official travel, enhancing the government’s domestic and international mobility.
