LATAM Introduces New Premium Business Experience on Long-Haul Flights

LATAM has announced a full refresh of its long-haul Premium Business service, introducing new amenities, dining enhancements, and an updated design language across the cabin. The upgraded experience will roll out beginning December 1, 2025.
Passengers will receive redesigned amenity kits featuring skincare products from Costa Brasil, complemented by an upgraded onboard food and beverage program. The new dining experience offers expanded three-course meals, enhanced coffee service, and a refreshed cocktail menu inspired by Latin American flavors.
Service delivery is also being reimagined, with cabin crews adopting a more personalized approach focused on individual passenger attention and comfort throughout the flight. According to the airline, the refreshed design and service concept aim to create a deeper connection to Latin American culture and sense of place.

LATAM Airlines Group’s long-haul Premium Business cabin refresh includes several key elements:
- An upgraded food & drink offering: three-course menus, a premium coffee experience, and redesigned cocktail selection.
- A new visual identity (colour palette & cabin décor) inspired by Latin America — invoking the Pacific blue, Amazon green and Andean/desert earthy tones.
- A refreshed service protocol designed to deliver more personalised attention.
- New amenity kits featuring cosmetics by Costa Brasil.
- Underlying these service touches is the broader plan to refurbish the long-haul fleet: LATAM announced a US$360 million investment to refurbish 24 of its Boeing 787s, including fitting new business class cabins.
- LATAM is investing US $60 million to expand high-speed onboard Wi-Fi/internet connectivity across its international and long-haul fleet.
- For IFE (on-seat / on-device entertainment) the airline’s “Onboard entertainment” offers “more than 100 movies, 300 series episodes, music and games” via its “LATAM Play” portal. In the broader product refresh announced for the Premium Business cabin, LATAM also will enhance onboard digital services.
- LATAM has contracted Viasat to provide a multi-orbit (GEO+LEO) Ka-band broadband system for 60+ wide-body aircraft (e.g., 767, 777, 787) starting in 2026.
The service overhaul is part of LATAM’s broader investment in its long-haul product. The airline is currently spending USD 360 million to retrofit 24 Boeing 787 aircraft with new Premium Business cabins, while also refurbishing the economy cabin on the Dreamliner fleet. In addition, LATAM introduced a new Premium Economy class in August 2025 for narrowbody and select medium-haul flights, positioning itself as the first Latin American airline to offer this category consistently across multiple routes.
The enhancements follow recent industry recognition for the airline, including APEX’s Five-Star Global Airline rating and Skytrax’s award for Best Airline in South America.
