Lawsuit against IHG adds plaintiffs; more predicted

Connecticut and Texas franchisees have joined a class action lawsuit filed by a Louisiana hotelier against the world’s largest hotel franchise operator, IHG Hotels & Resorts. An attorney for the plaintiffs says he expects many more franchisees will join the suit, which alleges a variety of anti-competitive and fraudulent practices.
