Local firm plans high-end hotel for Fort Worth, Texas

A 200-room upscale boutique hotel enlisting an acclaimed local chef will be part of a major mixed-use complex coming to the Fort Worth Cultural District. The developer is Crescent Real Estate, owner of the Ritz-Carlton Dallas, where chef Dean Fearing heads an award-winning restaurant bearing his name.
