Lodz Airport Central Poland: Increases in Office Market in Lodz 2022
All signs indicate that most of the problems caused by the pandemic are over and, consequently, workers will return to their offices.
The space stock in Lodz increased to 640,000 sq.m. New investments consist of revitalized buildings offering B+ class office space.
Rental rates stayed at their existing levels. In Class-A office buildings, baseline rents ranged between EUR 12 and 16, in the B+/B segment – between EUR 6-12,5, while for space classes b- and C – between EUR 5 and 7,5. Service charges in A-class buildings averaged between PLN 15 and 19 per sq.m.

– 26.3 thousand people: employment in Lodz business service centers (increase by 1.5 pp compared to the previous year)
