London Hard Rock Hotel for sale; price said to be $621M

The Hard Rock Hotel in central London is on the block, with owners Starwood Capital Group and London & Regional reportedly hoping to reap $621 million. Sale of the hotel, acquired in 2010 from Royal Bank of Scotland, would be one of the largest transactions in UK lodging since the start of the pandemic.
