Construction is set to begin next month on the North Fork Indian Tribe’s casino in Madera, Calif., a project that was first proposed in 2003 but has been beleaguered by a number of legal challenges over the years. The project, expected to cost at least $350 million, will be managed by Red Rock Resorts and include 40 table games, 2,000 slot machines and a 200-room hotel.
