Loveland, Colo., could get whitewater adventure park, hotel

The city is reviewing three responses from potential developers of the proposed whitewater adventure park in Loveland, Colo., and could enter negotiations in early October if one of the proposals meets the city’s vision and the state’s requirements. Plans for the $200 million project include an indoor water park, a whitewater course, a lazy river, an outdoor pool, a family entertainment center, a hotel and conference center and restaurants.
