Last summer’s protests against the deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor and other Black Americans highlighted racial and gender inequities and showed the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion, writes career coach Ashley Stahl. Moving forward, companies must go beyond training sessions and videos to address bias and racism, and recruitment and compensation must be representative and fix pay gaps, Stahl writes.
