Meijer giving $1M to Urban League to promote diversity

Meijer will give $1 million in contributions to 19 Urban League chapters throughout the Midwest as part of its expansion of its diversity and inclusion efforts. Rick Keyes, Meijer’s president and CEO, said the donations will strengthen “our D&I efforts and applaud the National Urban League’s commitment to provide economic empowerment, educational opportunities and the guarantee of civil rights.”
