MGM Resorts International has completed a sale-leaseback of the Aria and Vdara hotel towers on the Las Vegas Strip with The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, the partner MGM bought out in a just-completed $2 billion deal. The latest transaction finishes MGM’s sell-off of the 67-acre CityCenter.
