Millenium Jet Management Signs LOI to Establish Bahraini AOC

Spain’s Millenium Jet Management has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Bahrain’s Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications to establish a new air operator certificate (AOC) in the Kingdom. The agreement marks a strategic move for the Sevilla-based private jet charter and aircraft management firm, which plans to develop a regional operational base at Bahrain International Airport. Founder Oscar Martos Hidalgo is leading the expansion effort as the company seeks to strengthen its footprint in the Gulf.

Millenium Jet Management, founded in 2022 and part of the Ocuri Investments group, operates across multiple luxury sectors including fashion, events, design, publishing, industrial development, and real estate. The company’s entry into Bahrain’s aviation market underscores the growing demand for premium business aviation services in the region.

Their move follows the precedent set in late 2024 by Valo Aviation, which became the first private jet charter operator to secure a Bahraini AOC. Valo initially launched with a Gulfstream G550 and later added a Falcon 8X in mid-2025, highlighting Bahrain’s increasing appeal as a hub for high-end aviation services.
