At least 36 travel advisors were defrauded by Matthew Schumacher, the former owner of Travel Troops and Vacation Agent Nation. Schumacher pleaded guilty in federal court in Minneapolis of defrauding the advisors of commissions of about $484,000 and will be sentenced at a later date.
