Misibis Aviation & Development Corporation, based in Manila, has expanded its fleet by acquiring a Gulfstream G350, as revealed by ch-aviation research. The transaction for the aircraft, registered RP-C8575 (msn 4040), was finalized around June 1, 2024, following a seven-month tenure with another unnamed Filipino operator.

This 18.04-year-old business jet initially served with EJS Executive Jet Shares in the United States and was later transferred to Gulf Aero Asean Ltd based in the British Virgin Islands. Since being acquired by Misibis, the G350 has been active, with ADS-B flight tracking data indicating operations across the Philippines, Southeast Asia, and even extending to Europe.

Misibis Aviation & Development Corporation, though maintaining a low profile online with no functioning website or social media presence, is recognized locally as a provider of aircraft charter, rental, and leasing services. The company is led by Michael Ellis R. Co. The acquisition of RP-C8575, currently the sole business jet in its fleet, marks a significant enhancement to its operational capabilities, positioning Misibis to better serve its clients with increased range and luxury in air travel.
