Mohegan’s South Korea resort project seals $1.55B stake

Financing is done for the $1.55 billion first phase of Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment’s integrated casino resort under development on Yeongjong Island in Incheon, South Korea, the company owning the Mohegan tribe’s gaming operations announced. Called Inspire and slated to open in 2023, the project will include three hotel towers, a theme park and a 15,000-seat arena.
