New images reveal more about RXR Realty and TF Cornerstone’s plans for what will be New York City’s second-largest tower. The 1,646-foot mixed-use skyscraper at 175 Park Ave. will offer 2.1 million square feet for offices and a Hyatt hotel with 500 rooms.
