Nagasaki, Japan, awards firm rights for casino resort

Officials from Japan’s Nagasaki prefectural government announced that they are expected as early as this month to enter into a basic agreement with Casinos Austria International Japan after the Austrian company was given priority negotiation rights for a proposed casino resort at the Huis Ten Bosch theme park in Sasebo. A 460 billion yen investment is planned for the project, which includes a casino, a hotel and an international conference center.
