Napa Rose is marking its 25th anniversary with the debut of a reimagined dining experience at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. The celebrated restaurant, located within the Disneyland Resort, is set to reopen on February 6, 2026, ushering in a new chapter defined by an updated menu, refreshed interiors, and an evolved culinary vision.

Long regarded as one of the resort’s signature dining destinations, Napa Rose is looking ahead while honoring the foundations that have made it a standout for a quarter century. The refreshed concept emphasizes locally sourced ingredients and a refined focus on seafood, premium meats, and seasonal produce. In the main dining room, guests are invited to experience a thoughtfully curated tasting menu, offering the flexibility to select from multiple dishes while exploring the depth and range of the kitchen’s approach.

The bar and lounge provide a distinct à la carte experience, featuring offerings such as caviar service, carefully executed seafood dishes, and artisanal charcuterie. Tableside preparations and seating at the chef’s counter bring guests closer to the creative process, offering an intimate view of the craftsmanship behind each plate. The new menu blends California influences with global inspiration, delivering flavors that feel both familiar and elevated.

Among the standout entrées are Colorado rack of lamb, tangerine-roasted Rocky chicken, and miso cabbage scallion crepes. The dessert program continues Napa Rose’s tradition of indulgence, with highlights including a Fiscalini reserve white cheddar cannoli and a warm apple honey brioche, designed to provide a refined yet comforting finish to the meal.

Leadership continuity remains a defining element of Napa Rose. Andrew Sutton, culinary director of signature dining at Disneyland Resort, has been part of the restaurant since its opening and continues to guide its evolution. He described the reopening as a personal milestone, noting that the team approached the update with care, balancing respect for the restaurant’s history with a desire to reflect who they are today. The renewed menu and wine program emphasize craftsmanship, seasonality, and a broader international perspective.

The wine cellar remains one of the most extensive in the region, housing more than 13,000 bottles representing approximately 1,500 labels, reinforcing Napa Rose’s reputation as a destination for serious wine enthusiasts.

Napa Rose is open seven days a week from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Reservations are recommended and can be made through the Disneyland website or the Disneyland app.
