NCL to Host Bobby Flay Culinary Cruise in 2026

Norwegian Cruise Line is teaming up with celebrity chef Bobby Flay to host a five-night culinary-themed cruise aboard Norwegian Joy in November 2026. The special “Bobby Flay & Friends” sailing will depart roundtrip from Miami on November 6, visiting Montego Bay, Jamaica, and George Town, Grand Cayman.
Organized in partnership with Sixthman, known for its festival-at-sea experiences, and Entertainment Benefits Group, the voyage will bring together an impressive lineup of celebrity chefs. Alongside Flay, participating chefs include Brooke Williamson, Leah Cohen, Scott Conant, Antonia Lofaso, Marc Murphy, Michael Voltaggio, Ayesha Nurdjaja, and Damaris Phillips.
Guests can expect a wide range of immersive culinary experiences, including cooking and mixology demonstrations, unique dining events, Q&A sessions, panel discussions, book signings, and wellness activities. The cruise also includes themed events and an unlimited open bar package, adding to the upscale experience.
“I’m beyond thrilled to bring together such a talented group of chefs and friends for an unforgettable culinary adventure at sea,” said Flay. Sixthman CEO Jeff Cuellar added that the voyage goes beyond traditional dining experiences, offering guests the chance to connect with some of today’s most influential chefs in a relaxed setting.
Bookings opened in late September 2025 with deposit options and will go on public sale beginning October 15, 2025. With its combination of luxury cruising, gourmet experiences, and celebrity interactions, this sailing promises to be one of Norwegian Joy’s most memorable voyages yet.
