Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. has released its latest Sail & Sustain report, detailing its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) progress as part of its “Charting the Course” strategic vision. The initiative centers on five key pillars: Caring for Nature, Sailing Safely, Empowering People, Strengthening Communities, and Operating with Integrity and Accountability.
CEO Harry Sommer emphasized the company’s long-term approach, noting that the report reflects how Norwegian is aligning day-to-day operations with its broader sustainability goals. “We’re proud of the progress we’ve made and continue to take a thoughtful approach to aligning day-to-day execution with long-term strategy,” he said.
The 2024 report highlights several achievements across the organization.
