NetJets Opens Private Terminal at Vail/Eagle Airport, CO

NetJets Aviation has opened a new private terminal at Vail/Eagle County Regional Airport in Colorado, a key destination for its clientele visiting the luxury ski resort town of Vail. The announcement was made by NetJets President Patrick Gallagher, who emphasized the company’s commitment to investing in high-demand locations for its fractional jet owners.
“Proud to continue investing in locations where our owners travel the most and expand our real estate network,” Gallagher said.
The new terminal is part of NetJets’ broader strategy to enhance its exclusive-use facilities across the United States. The company currently operates private terminals in Bozeman, Scottsdale, and West Palm Beach International, and recently began construction at Las Vegas Harry Reid International. Additionally, its facility at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey is undergoing renovations to become a fully exclusive-use space.
According to ch-aviation data, 30 business jets are based at Vail/Eagle Airport, including four operated by NetJets Aviation: two Citation Latitudes, one Citation XLS, and one Phenom 300E. The location serves as a key operational base during the busy ski season and throughout the year for high-net-worth travelers.
NetJets Aviation operates a fleet of 662 business jets in the U.S., excluding aircraft under its subsidiary Executive Jet Management, which oversees a managed fleet. Internationally, the group operates under two additional certificates: NetJets (United Kingdom) and NetJets Transportes Aéreos in Portugal, serving customers across Europe and beyond.
The new Vail/Eagle terminal enhances NetJets’ premium service offerings for its growing customer base.
