New Beaches Resort in Saint Vincent Revealed

At the recent Trevello conference in Jamaica, Adam Stewart, Executive Chairman of Sandals Resorts International, announced that Beaches Resorts will open a new all-inclusive, family-friendly property in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. This marks the brand’s second resort in the island nation following the launch of Sandals Saint Vincent in 2024. The new Beaches Saint Vincent and the Grenadines will join the existing Sandals resort there, offering families a dedicated vacation destination within SRI’s growing portfolio.
Sandals Resorts International currently operates three Beaches properties across the Caribbean—Beaches Negril and Beaches Ocho Rios in Jamaica, and Beaches Turks and Caicos in the Turks and Caicos Islands—each designed with kids and parents in mind. The upcoming Saint Vincent resort will feature signature Beaches amenities: zero-entry pools, waterparks, multiple restaurants, supervised kids’ clubs and spacious suites that accommodate families of all sizes.
“We’re going to continue to build our company into what we call Sandals-Beaches 2.0,” Stewart said during the Hyatt Ziva and Zilara Rose Hall event. His vision for Sandals-Beaches 2.0 includes a nearly $1 billion investment focused solely on expanding the Beaches brand. Stewart revealed that later this year, ground will be broken on Beaches Barbados, a 600-room resort featuring a “Main Street” dining and shopping promenade, high-energy family zones with outdoor performance stages, a sports bar, and an arcade to entertain all ages.
Beyond Saint Vincent and Barbados, SRI’s Beaches expansion pipeline includes construction of Beaches Runaway Bay in Jamaica and the transformation of Sandals Emerald Bay in the Bahamas into Beaches Exuma. These projects underscore SRI’s strategy to grow its family-friendly, all-inclusive offerings alongside its adult-only Sandals resorts, giving vacationers a broader range of options across the Caribbean.
The new Beaches Saint Vincent and the Grenadines will benefit from the island’s lush landscapes, volcanic beaches and vibrant culture. Families can expect shore excursions ranging from rainforest hikes and waterfall swims to snorkeling in the Tobago Cays. Onsite, the resort will offer immersive programming such as teen nightlife, educational nature tours for children, and gourmet dining that spans global cuisines.
This resort announcement follows a strong performance by Sandals Saint Vincent, which opened last year and rapidly gained accolades for its oceanfront infinity pools, private butler villas and signature Red Lane Spa. By adding a second property under the Beaches Resorts banner, SRI aims to capture the growing demand for multi-generational travel experiences where children and grandparents can share activities tailored to their interests.
Analysts say SRI’s dual-brand approach—combining upscale, adult-only Sandals resorts with vibrant, family-focused Beaches properties—positions the company to outpace competitors in both market segments. The substantial investment in Beaches reflects consumer trends favoring turnkey vacation experiences that cater to diverse age groups under one roof.
Reservations for the new Beaches Saint Vincent and the Grenadines will open closer to its anticipated 2026 debut. Interested families and travel advisors can visit beaches.com for updates on accommodation categories, dining options, kids’ programs and early booking incentives. As SRI continues to roll out its Sandals-Beaches 2.0 strategy, the addition of Saint Vincent demonstrates the company’s commitment to delivering world-class, all-inclusive vacations across the Caribbean.
