Conrad Shenzhen
Opening spring of 2023, the Conrad Shenzhen will offer 300 rooms and suites, international restaurants and meeting spaces, all designed with the Conrad brand’s signature ethos. The Conrad Shenzhen is located in the heart of the city’s financial district and is designed upon the theme “A Story of a Dreamer.”

La Festa Phu Quoc, Curio Collection by Hilton
A summer opening in Phu Quoc, Vietnam is the Curio Collection by Hilton property, La Festa Phu Quoc. The 197-room resort is located within the Sun Premier Village Primavera, with a beach and plenty of entertainment opportunities available in this Mediterranean-styled resort area. The property is only 20 kilometers from the Phu Quoc International Airport and features typical resort amenities such as expansive pools, a beachfront and kids club.

LXR Hotels & Resorts in Bali
Another summer opening is Bali’s first LXR-branded resort, LXR Hotels & Resorts in Bali. The all-villa resort offers the luxury guests love at LXR properties, with 72 private villas and plenty of gorgeous vistas that have enticed travelers from around the world to come and visit Indonesia’s most serene resort destination.

The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne
In the center of the Melbourne business district and nearby to several of the city’s main attractions is an all-new luxury hotel, The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne. Expected to open in March 2023, this hotel will feature expansive views of the city and harbor, with 257 rooms and suites. The Ritz-Carlton property, true to its brand, will also offer amenities such as an infinity pool, restaurant and bar, spa and large meeting and event spaces.

Naumi Wellington
Having launched a soft opening in December, Naumi Wellington will be officially opening in January in the Cuba district of Wellington, New Zealand. With a bold, unique design and “hyper-local” approach, this sustainability-led hotel offers 62 rooms and all-locally sourced restaurant and bar. As an added touch, this trendy hotel offers no single-use plastics throughout its operations and offers amenities from Antipodes, a New Zealand clean skincare company.

Six Senses Vana
Opening in January is the Six Senses Vana, a wellness retreat located in the scenic foothills of the Dehradun Uttarakhand in northern India. The resort offers 66 rooms and 16 suites, herb gardens, a fruit orchard, only seasonal and organic food, and a wellness-centric approach tailored specifically to each guest, from holistic weight loss to yoga, natural healing and more.

InterContinental Lifou Wadra Bay
Located on Lifou Island in France’s Loyalty Islands is the new autumn opening, InterContinental Lifou Wadra Bay. This resort features 14 lush acres of tropical forest and gardens, a turtle lagoon, beaches, a pool, multiple dining venues and 50 rooms and suites, including ones that overlook the scenic lagoon, all designed with InterContinental’s luxury ethos in mind. The destination itself is known for its vanilla plantations, diving, hiking and beaches.

Capella Sydney
A new heritage-listed hotel in the heart of Sydney is opening this March in the former Department of Education building: Capella Sydney. This luxury hotel offers 192 rooms and suites, three dining and drinking venues, meeting and event spaces, a spa and wellness center, but its location is another shining star for this new property: it’s within walking distance to the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

Fairmont Port Douglas
The luxury Fairmont brand makes its entry into Australia with the stunning and eco-conscious Fairmont Port Douglas, located near two of the country’s greatest natural wonders: The Great Barrier Reef and The Daintree Rainforest, both UNESCO-designated World Heritage Sites. With everything one expects from a traditional resort – 253 rooms and suites, a spa, pools, multiple dining venues and plentiful indoor and outdoor event spaces – this resort also integrates eco-friendly design and amenities, such as a treetop walk and a design that integrates nature into every part of the resort.

W Sydney
Opening in October 2023 is the W Sydney, to be located along the scenic Darling Harbour. Featuring a curved exterior design reminiscent of a wave and an interior design evoking a sense of modern glamour, the hotel will offer a selection of rooms and suites with a pet-friendly policy, a restaurant, a two-story rooftop bar, a spa, outdoor pool and fitness center.

Dinso Resort, Vignette Collection
Dinso Resort, part of IHG’s Vignette Collection, will open in the middle of the year in Phuket, Thailand. Featuring an eco-luxe approach to the modern resort stay, it offers a beautiful, wellness-centric stay with a design that integrates it into the lush hillside, with 148 rooms and suites and a selection of 26 tree-top pool villas offering stunning views.
