New law set to bring integrated resorts to Japan

The IR Implementation Act is new legislation in Japan that provides regulations surrounding integrated resort and casino operations as well as measures to combat gaming issues. The government will accept development applications from October until next April, then authorize integrated resort projects in up to three locations.
