New NYC eatery to spotlight inclusivity, diversity

Chef Jeremy Salamon is flipping the adversity and abuse he faced during years of working in kitchens to launch Agi, an inclusive Brooklyn Hungarian-Jewish eatery that celebrates diversity and the women who have touched his life. “I want to take everything I’ve learned from the women in my life and people who have supported me to create a place where everyone is welcomed and feels like they belong,” says Salamon.
