NewcrestImage aligns with Aimbridge after Summit selloff

Aimbridge Hospitality will assume hotel management agreement rights from hotel developer NewcrestImage, which recently sold its 27-hotel portfolio to Summit Hotel Properties for $776.5 million. NewcrestImage acquired a minority stake in Aimbridge while transferring the rights and will work with Aimbridge in pursuing new ventures.
