Norwegian Cruise Line’s newest ship, Norwegian Aqua, has officially arrived at her new homeport in Miami, marking the start of her first Caribbean season. After a successful debut summer sailing to Bermuda from New York City, the ship will now operate a series of seven-day Caribbean itineraries through April 2026.

Each voyage will visit a variety of tropical destinations, including Puerto Plata in the Dominican Republic, St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Tortola in the British Virgin Islands, and Norwegian’s private island, Great Stirrup Cay in the Bahamas. Guests can expect a blend of relaxation and adventure, both onboard and ashore.

Following her 2025–2026 winter season, Norwegian Aqua will return to Miami from October 2026 through April 2027 to sail a mix of Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries, once again featuring stops at Great Stirrup Cay. During these voyages, guests will have the chance to experience the island’s forthcoming attraction—Great Tides Waterpark, set to be one of the largest oceanfront waterparks in the region.

“As our newest ship in Miami, now is the perfect time for guests to book their next tropical getaway to the Caribbean and Bahamas,” said Harry Sommer, president and CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. “Our itineraries offer the perfect balance of exhilarating and relaxing onboard experiences for the entire family, paired with visits to beautiful destinations, including our private island, Great Stirrup Cay.”

With its mix of new entertainment, family-friendly amenities, and diverse Caribbean routes, Norwegian Aqua continues Norwegian Cruise Line’s tradition of offering innovative cruise experiences from one of the world’s most iconic cruise ports.
