Norwegian Cruise Line has revealed significant changes in its leadership team, with Neil Brodie taking on the role of Vice President of “Experiences at Sea,” charters, meetings, incentives, and events. Concurrently, Jeff Cuellar has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of Sixthman, the brand known for its unique festival-at-sea vacation experiences.

These appointments follow the transition of Anthony Diaz, who previously held both roles. Diaz is now moving into a special advisor position within the company, a role he will maintain through June.

Neil Brodie, in his new capacity, will be deeply involved in the cruise line’s charter, meetings, and incentives department. His focus will be on driving sales, fostering growth, and overseeing business operations. Brodie will lead a team dedicated to organizing corporate, themed, and affinity-based events across Norwegian Cruise Line, Oceania Cruises, and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. David J. Herrera, President of Norwegian Cruise Line, praised Brodie’s leadership qualities, highlighting his pivotal role in achieving the company’s most successful year in 2023 and expressing confidence in his ability to further propel growth.

Jeff Cuellar’s new role as CEO of Sixthman, a subsidiary of Norwegian Cruise Line, involves leading the brand known for its music cruises and festival experiences at sea. Herrera commended the foundation laid by Anthony Diaz and acknowledged Sixthman’s remarkable achievements in the past year. He expressed confidence in Cuellar’s extensive 24-year experience in the entertainment and hospitality industry to drive Sixthman towards a prosperous future and build upon its recent successes.

These leadership changes at Norwegian Cruise Line and Sixthman indicate a strategic move to strengthen the company’s position in the cruise industry and enhance its unique offerings in sea-based experiences and entertainment. With a focus on innovation and growth, the appointments of Brodie and Cuellar are expected to bring fresh perspectives and drive continued success in their respective divisions.
