NYC Hotel Indigo developer sells $110M note

Chetrit Group has sold the $110-million note on its planned 323-key Hotel Indigo in New York City to Maverick Real Estate Partners. Construction has resumed on the 155,594-square-foot property after it was stalled by the pandemic.
