Oceania Cruises has launched a groundbreaking new platform called Oceania Insider Connect, designed specifically to support travel advisors in their marketing and sales efforts. This platform, which debuted on May 15, is powered by Approach Guides, a leading content optimization platform renowned for enhancing digital engagement in the travel industry.

Oceania Insider Connect offers robust marketing solutions at no additional cost to travel advisors. The platform features co-brandable marketing pages that showcase Oceania Cruises’ rich array of itineraries, unique experiences, and luxurious ships. It also includes a co-branded website equipped with real-time pricing and availability, making it easier for travel advisors to provide up-to-date information to clients.

One of the standout features of Oceania Insider Connect is its use of AI to generate compelling social media content and client emails, all designed to drive engagement and direct traffic back to the travel advisor’s personalized website. This approach not only simplifies the content creation process but also enhances the effectiveness of online marketing efforts.

Nikki F. Upshaw, Senior Vice President of Global Sales at Oceania Cruises, highlighted the platform’s strategic importance, especially as the cruise line prepares for the launch of its eighth ship, Allura, next summer. “Oceania Insider Connect is precisely the type of innovative technology that supports our travel partners and fosters our mutual success,” Upshaw explained. She added that this tool allows travel advisors to efficiently grow their business amidst increasing demands.

Oceania’s sister brands, Norwegian Cruise Line and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, have introduced similar tools, NCL Connect and Regent Connect, reflecting a broader trend within the company to leverage technology in support of travel advisors.
