Oceania Cruises Launches Oceania Insider Connect for Advisors

Oceania Cruises has introduced a new tool for travel advisors called Oceania Insider Connect. Developed in partnership with Approach Guides, this platform is designed to enhance advisors’ sales and marketing efforts. This launch follows the successful rollout of similar tools for Oceania’s sister brands, Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL Connect) and Regent Seven Seas Cruises (Regent Connect).

The release of Oceania Insider Connect comes as Oceania Cruises prepares for significant growth with the addition of its eighth ship, Allura, scheduled to launch next summer. This new tool aims to support travel advisors in navigating this expansion and optimizing their marketing strategies.

Oceania Insider Connect offers several key features to aid travel advisors. It provides co-brandable marketing pages that highlight Oceania’s itineraries, destinations, ships, and promotions. Additionally, the platform includes a co-branded website that features real-time pricing and availability, helping to drive actionable leads directly to advisors. The tool also incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) to suggest social media posts and emails tailored for clients and generates dynamic QR codes that link to an advisor’s website.
