Oceania Cruises continues to elevate “The Finest Cuisine at Sea” with exciting new additions to their dining lineup, including fresh sushi and Indian cuisine at Terrace Café and an enhanced poolside lunch menu at Waves Grill.

The new sushi station at Terrace Café features up to 45 innovative recipes, crafted by Oceania’s newly appointed Executive Culinary Directors, Chefs Alex Quaretti and Eric Barale, along with their team. Guests can indulge in a daily selection of two types of sashimi, two types of uramaki, three kinds of nigiri, and a vegetarian option.

Adding to the culinary diversity, the new Indian Corner makes a special appearance once during each cruise’s dinner service, offering 15 authentic Indian dishes for guests to savor.

Terrace Café serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, providing guests with a variety of dining experiences throughout the day.

At Waves Grill, Oceania Cruises’ relaxed poolside lunch venue, the menu has been revamped with over 20 updated options. This includes a new range of cold sandwiches, hot sandwiches, and burgers. Highlights from the updated menu feature the signature Surf & Turf Wagyu burger, combining a wagyu beef patty with lobster medallions and truffle mayonnaise, and the new Philly Cheesesteak hot sandwich, packed with shredded sirloin steak, provolone, sautéed onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms.

“Food is the foundation of what we do on board each of our ships, and globally, in the destinations we visit. We are renowned for serving The Finest Cuisine at Sea, as it is at the very core of our business,” stated Oceania Cruises President Frank A. Del Rio.

“This does not always mean a white linen tablecloth and starched napkins at one of our award-winning specialty restaurants—finest does not always mean the fanciest. It’s also a perfectly prepared pizza or an enticing burrata dish enjoyed al fresco with a crisp glass of white wine as you set sail.”

Oceania Cruises’ commitment to culinary excellence ensures that guests enjoy a diverse and delightful dining experience, whether in a formal restaurant setting or a casual poolside venue.
