Off-the-grid luxury resort set to open in Dominica

The off-the-grid Coulibri Ridge resort, nestled on a hillside in Dominica, opens Oct. 22, featuring 14 residential-style suites ranging from 600 to 1,000 square feet. The resort relies on solar and wind energy and uses a rainwater collection system to maintain the pools and irrigate the landscaping.
