An affiliate of Crescent Real Estate LLC, based in Fort Worth, Texas, is the latest buyer of The Madison Washington, D.C. hotel, paying $61.2 million. The seller, AllianceBernstein, acquired the property for $65.3 million in 2020 after it sold for $72.5 million in 2017.
