Omni Hotels & Resorts has announced a new partnership with Peet’s Coffee, bringing a curated lineup of premium coffee brands to its portfolio of hotels and resorts beginning February 1. The collaboration is designed to enhance everyday guest touchpoints by elevating the coffee experience across Omni properties.

Under the agreement, Omni will serve several well-known brands from the Peet’s family, including Peet’s Coffee, Stumptown Coffee Roasters, Intelligentsia Coffee and Caribou Coffee. The offerings will be available throughout Omni’s on-property outlets, including coffee shops, restaurants, banquet and catering operations, and in-room dining menus, ensuring consistent access to high-quality coffee throughout the guest journey.

In addition to integrating the coffee brands into existing food and beverage operations, select Omni properties will introduce specialty-branded cafés. Intelligentsia Coffee cafés will debut at Omni Dallas Hotel and Omni Las Colinas Hotel, while Stumptown Coffee cafés will open at Omni Austin Hotel Downtown, Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa, Omni Los Angeles Hotel, Omni Tempe Hotel at ASU and Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia. These cafés are expected to deliver distinctive brand environments that reflect each coffee company’s identity and approach to craftsmanship.

Daven Wardynski, vice president of food and beverage at Omni Hotels & Resorts, said coffee plays a uniquely personal role in the guest experience. He noted that the partnership reflects a shared philosophy between Omni and Peet’s, centered on intentional hospitality and products made with people in mind. According to Wardynski, the scale and versatility of Peet’s portfolio allow Omni to tailor the coffee experience across diverse markets and property types.

From Peet’s perspective, the collaboration extends the brand’s presence in hospitality while maintaining a focus on quality and purpose. Liva Wolf, vice president of away-from-home at Peet’s Coffee, said Omni’s emphasis on thoughtful service and guest-centric design aligns closely with Peet’s commitment to craftsmanship, making the partnership a strong fit for both companies.

The Omni agreement follows Peet’s broader expansion into travel and hospitality channels. Last summer, the company became the official coffee provider on all Southwest Airlines flights, further strengthening its visibility among travelers.

For Omni, the partnership underscores a growing emphasis on refining everyday amenities as a way to differentiate the guest experience. By integrating recognized specialty coffee brands across its portfolio, the company aims to make one of the most familiar rituals of travel feel more intentional, consistent and memorable.
