Tribeca Associates, owner of the Moxy Hotel in New York City’s Financial District, has returned the ground lease to the property to lender AllianceBernstein. The lease, valued at $108.8 million, was acquired in 2015 by Tribeca, which opened the 30-story hotel in 2018.
