The Indian hospitality startup Oyo Hotels & Rooms aims to raise $1.2 billion or more in an initial public offering giving it a $9 billion valuation, sources said. The company has shortlisted Citi, JP Morgan and Kotak Mahindra Capital for roles in the IPO, they said.
