The historic Hotel Saxonburg in Butler County, Pa., built in 1832 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, is for sale with an asking price of $1.2 million. Owner Judy Ferree, who bought the property for $425,000 in 2010, intends to keep operating in the meantime.
