Pa. ski sites acquired by Vail Resorts for 9 figures

Vail Resorts will pay a tentative price of $125 million for three Pennsylvania ski resorts and connected properties including a hotel and conference center. The deal, expected to close this winter, will not affect the 2021-22 season’s operations at Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Hidden Valley Resort or Laurel Mountain Ski Area.
