Palladium Reveals New Premium Hotel Product for Families Coming To Riviera Maya
Palladium Hotel Group has just unveiled new details about the $40-million renovation that’s currently underway at Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa. The Spanish hotel chain announced that its reopening is planned for December 2023 and will introduce a new Family Selection to the hotel, one of four properties that constitute the company’s resort complex in Riviera Maya, Mexico.
Family Selection, an exclusive accommodation concept for families, was previously only available at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa near Cancun, and Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa in Riviera Nayarit. Upon its upcoming opening at the Riviera Maya property, Palladium Hotel Group will operate three types of accommodations in the popular destination.

When the resort relaunches this winter, Grand Palladium Kantenah’s Family Selection section will add 169 new suites to the brand’s existing 95 in Vallarta and 180 in Costa Mujeres, for a combined total of 471 suites being operated under the Family Selection concept in Mexico.
Palladium’s signature spin on the all-inclusive luxury concept, called the Infinite Indulgence program, ensures that guests of the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa experience a carefree vacation, enjoying unlimited access to the resort’s extensive gastronomic and onsite recreation offerings.
Families staying in the Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa’s Family Selection category will enjoy exclusive accommodations and shared areas that offer very easy access to the beach, a dedicated check-in lobby with a games area, a a private swimming pool with its own pool-bar, an exclusive onsite restaurant and a VIP games area—all in addition to standard access to the rest of the resort’s facilities, includes total of six swimming pools, 18 bars, 11 à la carte restaurants, three show-cooking venues.
