Pandemic makes for faster work at Tampa, Fla., airport

Some projects in a $2 billion master plan for Tampa International Airport in Florida have proceeded at a faster pace during the pandemic and are ahead of schedule because of reduced traffic. The second of three phases might be finished this year.
