Pandemic sidetracks debut of Virgin Hotels Las Vegas

Pandemic-chilled market conditions have forced a delay in the opening of the Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, which had been scheduled for this week. No new debut date has been set for the former Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, which closed after the Super Bowl last February and was purchased by a group headed by billionaire Richard Branson.
