Park hits goal with $303.5M San Francisco hotel sales

Park Hotels & Resorts has contracted to sell two San Francisco hotels for a total of $303.5 million, surpassing its goal of disposing of $300 million to $400 million of hotel assets in 2021. The separate transaction for the 360-room Le Meridien San Francisco and 171-room Hotel Adagio, Autograph Collection would bring the company’s sales receipts for the year to $477 million.
