Passenger Demands Flight Return to Terminal Due to Misplaced Bag

A recent incident at Chiang Mai Airport (CNX), Thailand, saw a passenger requesting a flight to abort takeoff due to a forgotten bag in the terminal. Captured on video by another passenger, the man demanded a return to the airport while the Thai Smile flight was taxiing towards the runway. The cabin crew attempted to pacify him, but the pilot had to intervene. Apologizing to the customers, the pilot explained that safety was a priority, and returning to the terminal was necessary. The passenger disembarked with airport officials, and the flight continued to Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK) after a brief delay. The misplaced luggage reportedly contained money and important items.
