Paxport Acquires Minority Stake in PnrGo to Expand Passenger Data Services

Flight content specialist Paxport Group has acquired a minority stake in passenger data company PnrGo, marking a significant step in its growth strategy. The terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
The Sweden-based company plans to utilize PnrGo’s network, along with its advanced data management and compliance tools, to enhance its passenger management services. “This acquisition is a significant step in our growth strategy and will enable us to better serve our customers with an even stronger passenger management product offering,” said Paxport CEO Mikael Wandt.
By combining Paxport’s expertise in flight content with PnrGo’s innovative data solutions, the company aims to strengthen its position as a leader in the aviation technology space.
