Pebblebrook to buy Fla. resort for $270M

Pebblebrook Hotel Trust has agreed to buy the Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort in a $270 million deal with KSL Capital Partners. Pebblebrook will assume as much as $161.5 million of secured debt as part of the transaction.
