Piece of Times Square Hotel land debt put up for sale

A $150 million loan on heavily indebted land beneath the Times Square Edition luxury hotel-retail complex is on the sale block. The ground carries $900 million in debt as the property, once valued at more than $2 billion, faces foreclosure.
