Planned luxury hotel touted as first for Wilmington, Del.

A development team says it will open the first luxury boutique hotel in Wilmington, Del., early next year in a historic brownstone that once housed a finance firm. Buccini/Pollin Group Inc. and Method Co. plan to include a rooftop lounge and three other food-and-beverage options in the 24-room hotel.
