Posh hotel may crown renewal of Colo. Springs district

Entrepreneur and downtown hotel owner Perry Sanders says he and his partners are nearing a deal with an unnamed “top brand” to develop a luxury hotel in a once-blighted Colorado Springs area that’s thriving under redevelopment. Sanders, co-owner of The Antlers hotel, projected the debut of the planned upscale hotel at 2022.
